Manufacturing & Production
From hand-sewn prototypes to large-scale production runs, our manufacturing team brings precision, flexibility, and performance-driven expertise to every build. With deep understanding of the technical construction methods required to maintain RF/EMI shielding integrity—including specialized sewing techniques, patterning, and structural integration—we build enclosures and components that meet demanding application and compliance requirements. In-house capabilities also include precision cutting and 3D design support to ensure accurate, efficient fabrication.
We also work closely with a network of trusted suppliers to provide additional services such as slitting, laminating, and specialized post-process coatings—enabling a complete, end-to-end production offering.
